For people who like being out in nature and also like exercise, I recommend disc golf (frisbee golf) at Skutberget. Frisbee golf is a mixture of frisbee and golf. You go around a course with baskets for targets. The First Camp campsite in Skutberget in Karlstad is located on the banks of Lake Vänern and is surrounded by forests, meadows and beaches. There are 18 frisbee baskets spread around the area. If you do not have your own frisbee, you can hire one at the sports centre reception. This outdoor activity is suitable for adults and children.
